Henley Stoves have operated within the stove industry for more than 20 years. During this time, they have established themselves as a forward-thinking, innovative company with a mission to revolutionise the stove industry. All Henley stoves are made from premium 8 to 12mm high grade steel, with a solid cast iron door to give a traditional feel; all handles are designed to be cool to touch and made from stainless steel. All steel stove bodies are cut on laser profile CNC machines to ensure they are accurate to 0.5mm tolerance and they only use seamless-welded construction. All multi-fuel grates come with a standard rotary riddle grate mechanism for easy cleaning and de-ashing purposes and fire retainers are made from high chrome silicone cast iron to give longer life.

Henley stoves have a five year manufacturer’s warranty which must be registered online at www.henleystoves.com upon receipt of the stove. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the body of the stove only for five calendar years. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the Riddle Grate for one calendar year. Components that are subject to wear and tear (also referred to as perishable or moveable parts) through the standard operation of the stove are not covered by this warranty. These components include (but not limited to) the following: Glass, Rope Seals, Baffle Plate, Outlet Collar, Insulating Fire Bricks, Operational Handles and Detachable Legs.

The stove installation must be signed off (certified) by a registered installer, Building Control Body or local authority to validate the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is null and void if this is not adhered to. The warranty is also void if the stove is installed without legs. All replaceable components that do not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty can be purchased from Flue Warehouse. Stove Deliveries - Please note, for orders of stoves or large items (multi-buy deals), these shall be shipped on a pallet service which is curb side only and drivers are not insured to enter a property. Depending upon conditions, drivers may refuse to deliver to the location of your choice. You are advised to ensure you have adequate man power to accept delivery of an order that will be shipped on a pallet, to move it from the curb side to the location required. Additional charges can apply to reattempt delivery or to ship to an alternate address. If delivery is refused on the grounds that you are unable to accept goods at the registered delivery address, the cost of shipping cannot be refunded. Please contact the customer services team for information on the method your order is to be shipped.

Stove Returns - All Stoves sold by Flue Warehouse will carry a 20% re-stocking fee, with exception of the Flavel Arundel 4.9kw Multifuel Wood Burning Stove, Henley Druid 5 Defra Multifuel Wood Burning Stove 5kw, Henley Aran 5kw Multifuel Wood Burning Stove DEFRA in Black, Henley Aran 5kw Multifuel Wood Burning Stove DEFRA in Cream Enamelled, Kratki Jas 7kw Wood Burning Stove – JAS/PF, Arada Hardy 4 Multifuel Wood Burning Stove 4.2kw, Arada Hardy 5 Multifuel Wood Burning Stove 4.9kw, Arada Solution 5 Widescreen 4.9kw Defra Multifuel Stove, all Aduro Stoves, all Asgard by Aduro Stoves, all Alpine Stoves and all Woolly Mammoth Stoves. These monies will be deducted from the refund amount due, upon safe receipt of the goods. Please be advised we do not arrange collections for returns, excluding in cases of faulty or damaged items.
