This high performance and Polish built Kratki NBU 11kw is a wood burning inset stove manufactured using high grade steel and with a modern design. This model of stove has a high efficiency rating of 83%.

All Kratki stoves come with a 5 year warranty period. This model features a significantly impressive panoramic viewing glass window providing a tremendous dramatic view of the flames. With an inset model the rear back of the stove slides into a recess under your chimney whilst the flange, being wider, seals the stove against the wall. As a rough guide, this stove's output is suitable for a large room measuring in the region of 26ft (L) X 26ft (W) X 8ft (H) non-open plan with average insulation properties.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by lining the combustion chamber with ceramic material TERMOTEC which accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace. Full combustion on the dust thanks to deflector which extend the exhaust path. This process increases the efficiency of burning and guarantees better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere. The insert has triple air-supply system of the combustion chamber, thanks to which the wood burning in the insert is ecological and most importantly - economical. Primary air is supplied to the insert thanks to the built-in 125 mm external air inlet. Air inlet is located from the bottom of the insert. Insert has a cover plate on the back wall and a hole in its base. Thanks to it the user can choose how to connect the external air kit. Air adjustment is done with a throttle adjustable by one regulator placed below the door. This solution prevents from improper usage. Whole mechanism works quietly and without fail. The insert is equipped with the clean glass system, thanks to so-called curtain, the air stream is distributed evenly, covers the glass and limits settling soot to the minimum. It allows to keep attractive and clean look of the glass for a long time.

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert provides operational safety since it has so-called parental lock, protecting from uncontrolled door opening. Front of the insert is equipped with a heat resistant ceramic withstanding temperatures up to 660°C. We offered by us glass certified quality and safety. The body and the front of the insert is resistant to high temperatures through the use of high quality steel. The door frame is made of closed profile, which enables stability and resistance to stresses occuring during working in high temperatures. The door gasket is fitted in specially profiled slot what enables its tight holding and prevents from falling out while using. Excellent tightness thanks to the solid welding made in shielded noble gas. Steel elements are laser cut with the help of modern equipment, and then they are bent on CNC benders.

CONVENIENT TO USE

The door works with the system “lift up” – the glass is raised. The system was made on the basis of counterbalance – blocks with the steel tripwire work in guideways on 4 (2 for one side), bearing discs, thanks to which the door weight is distributed evenly. They move along sliding guideways fitted in the frame what guarantees light, silent and failure-free work. Through lifting up and pulling down the door at one time it is possible to load large amount of wood. Additional mechanism, enabling double-side glass opening helps with its cleaning. Reduced soot deposition through a system of clean glass system (air curtain). Air curtain separates the glass from the chamber thanks of that the glass doesn’t become dirty and emit more heat to the room. Special profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC is used in this insert. Thank to that the chamber of the fireplace is bigger and larger amount of wood can be put inside. Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to fitted ash grate and container where ash is accumulated.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The unit meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.

Please note, this is not a multifuel stove.

The manufacturer grants a 5-year warranty from the moment of purchasing the stove. The buyer is obliged to read the stove’s instruction manual for its appropriate use which is confirmed by an entry in the warranty card at the time of warranty registration. In the case of a complaint, the user of the stove is obliged to follow the appropriate complaints’ procedure and be able to submit a copy of the completed warranty card and proof of purchase if requested. Submitting this documentation is necessary to resolve any claims. Volsom Ltd (Flue Warehouse) will be more than happy to assist customers in this regard and provide guidance and support throughout any warranty claim. Consideration of the complaint will be made within 14 days from the date of its submission. Any modifications or physical design changes of the stove does invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty covers all cast iron elements, movable elements of the control mechanisms of the flue shield and the comb of the ash box cover, grate and fireplace seals for 1 year from the moment of purchasing the stove. Some ceramic items are covered for a period of 2 years from the moment of purchasing the stove.

The warranty does not cover vermiculite, some heat-resistant ceramics (resistant to temperatures up to 800 ° C), all defects resulting from non-observance of the provisions of the operating instructions, in particular regarding the fuel and the kindling used, any defects caused during transport from the distributor to the customer, any defects caused during installation and start-up of the stove, damages resulting from thermal overloads of the chimney liner (related to the operation of the stove not in accordance with the provisions of the operating instructions).

In addition, any damage caused due to improper handling, storage, improper maintenance, inconsistent with the conditions specified in the operating instructions and due to other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, will void the warranty if the damage contributed to the quality and performance changes relating to the stove’s operation.

ADVISORY:

It is important for our customers to note that the use of coal or other inappropriate fuels would lead to the invalidation of the warranty. Any action requested by the customer under the terms of the warranty would require a signature of declaration confirming that only wood has been used. The manufacturer (or person or organisation approved by the manufacturer to carry out any repairs) reserves the right to examine residue in the stove to confirm this. In such an instance where other fuels have been detected as being used within the stove, the customer is obliged to cover all costs related to the repair of the stove and/or replacement of parts; which includes the cost of labour.
