This Westfire Uniq 37 wall hung Defra Approved stove is a very beautiful stove. It is designed specifically to be installed directly onto a non-combustible wall; the stove saves space as well as providing a very eye catching piece of design on your wall. The Uniq 37 is an efficient clean burning stove with a large viewing window capable of brightening up a dull winters evening. This Westfire Uniq 37 SE also comes packed with technology, with the latest clean burn systems and an inner firebox chamber that is separate from the outer body of the stove, enabling the body of the stove to remain cooler whilst the heat is deflected out of the stove into the room. The result is a strong efficiency rating of 78%, meaning that this stove will cost less in fuel, is less wasteful and polluting, as well as giving maximum heat to the room.

As a rough guide, this stove's output is suitable for a room measuring in the region of 21ft (L) X 21ft (W) X 8ft (H) non-open plan with average insulation properties.

Westfire stoves have a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against material faults and other manufacturing defects. Your receipt document is the date of purchase. The warranty will only apply if they receive the duly completed registration card within two weeks of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the body of the stove only for five calendar years. Components that are subject to wear and tear (also referred to as perishable, moveable or consumable parts) through the standard operation of the stove are not covered by this warranty.

These include (but not limited to) the following:

Grate Assemblies, Fire Bars, Glass & Glass Assemblies, Rope Seals, Baffle Plate, Ash Tray, Insulating Fire Bricks, Operational Handles, Detachable Legs. Westfire will also not cover damage resulting from any of the following: Installation or usage other than described in the user manual, Local conditions i.e. chimney / flue issues, Over firing, Usage of wrong fuel, Modifications, Transit of the stove.

The stove installation must be signed off (certified) by a registered installer, Building Control Body or local authority to validate the manufacturer’s warranty and serviced within twelve months of installation by the before mentioned. The warranty is null and void if this is not adhered to. The warranty is also void if the stove is installed without legs. The cost of installing replacement items and all consequential costs are at the customer’s expense.

Stove Deliveries - Please note, for orders of stoves or large items (multi-buy deals), these shall be shipped on a pallet service which is curb side only and drivers are not insured to enter a property. Depending upon conditions, drivers may refuse to deliver to the location of your choice. You are advised to ensure you have adequate man power to accept delivery of an order that will be shipped on a pallet, to move it from the curb side to the location required. Additional charges can apply to reattempt delivery or to ship to an alternate address. If delivery is refused on the grounds that you are unable to accept goods at the registered delivery address, the cost of shipping cannot be refunded.
