Meet The Team

As a founding member of the company (first official employee), Rob has been a jack of all trades throughout his time with the business, but years of shaping warehouse operations and visiting exhibitions with Flue Warehouse has seen him rise to the giddy heights of Business Development Manager. Rob is the first line of contact for new trade customers and can typically be found driving the length and breadth of the nation, visiting showrooms and showing off Helix Premium Flue Liner and Woolly Mammoth Stoves.

Managing retail teams both here and abroad and handling national trade accounts has put Andrew in a great position to unite the various departments of Flue Warehouse in his role as General Manager. “My focus is to ensure our sales, customer service, warehouse, manufacturing and purchasing teams are consistently delivering the best service we can to our customers. I appreciate how incredibly far we have come thanks to our wonderful customers and we understand consistency and reliability are key components to that.”

As a competitive clay pigeon shooter for Essex, Nadine sets her sights high in all aspects of her life, with hopes to shoot for England one day. Having been with the company from its earliest days, Nadine has experienced our growth first-hand and is always excited to adapt and take on new challenges. Nadine heads up the dual role of Purchasing and Warehouse Manager, ensuring the stock availability and efficiency of warehouse operations never jeopardise our relationships with our loyal customers.

With a background of over 16 years in customer services, Carolyn understands the importance of looking after the people that matter most to our company; our customers. In her role as Customer Service Manager, Carolyn has ensured her team offer unrivalled after-sales care as they fight tirelessly to put right anything that may need correcting and proactively prevent anything that could go wrong and always with a smile on her face (feel free to put her to the test)!

After joining the team in January, Aaron has applied his years of experience in high street retail to assist all of our customers, no matter how big or small the problem may be.

Enya brings a variety of experiences from her varied background in customer services to the Flue Warehouse after-sales department, taking care of any and all of our customer’s needs. Be it chasing an ETA for a delivery, explaining which way up a flue pipe goes (it happens) or taking care of refunds and VAT invoices, under the guidance of Carolyn, Enya has become a firm favourite with our customers and a thorn in the side of our couriers.

Drawing on her wealth of experience in sales, customer services and the banking sector, Dianne has become part of the furniture at Flue Warehouse and has witnessed our rapid growth since joining the company in 2013. Dianne enjoys chatting with all of our trade customers old and new, building invaluable relationships and when not working, can be found chasing after her new grandson Will and/or cooking for husband Gary.

Joining Flue Warehouse in 2020, Lyndsey has quickly become a dynamic member of our sales team. Drawing on her previous experience in trade sales, extensive customer care and with the help of her colleagues, Lyndsey is eager to learn the ropes and build close working relationships with our valued customers.

Having spent 13 years within high street retail, Stacey brings plenty of enthusiasm to the Flue Warehouse trade account team. With a passion for selling, Stacey is always eager to improve her industry and product knowledge to assist our customers in finding cost effective solutions for tricky installations, placing orders and ensuring goods leave on the correct services to meet the demands of your customers.

Neil heads up our manufacturing department and oversees all aspects of not only the precision engineering of our Helix Premium Flue Liner but also is guiding our exclusive Woolly Mammoth range of stoves through SIA and EcoDesign 2022 compliance. Thanks to his background in engineering, Neil is the perfect fit to drive all Flue Warehouse manufacturing forward as we develop and bring ever more exciting products to market.

Matt is kept incredibly busy being responsible for handling all stoves that come in and leave Flue Warehouse, despatching all freight orders and overseeing quality control checks of Woolly Mammoth stoves. And if that wasn’t enough, Matt is the latest member of the team to be taken under Neil’s wing to be trained in the ways of manufacturing Helix Premium Flue Liner.

Andrew, Richard and Ben are the longest serving members of the warehouse team, carefully (but quickly) picking and packing trade orders to strict deadlines to ensure our customers continue to enjoy the benefit of same day despatch up to 2.00pm every day. The entire warehouse team take great pride in their work and currently operate at a 99.7% accuracy rating!

Having a background in film, television and visual effects (frequently rubbing shoulders with the industries finest!), Olivia has a great creative drive with the technical skill to match.
