Managing retail teams both here and abroad and handling national trade accounts has put Andrew in a great position to unite the various departments of Flue Warehouse in his role as General Manager. “My focus is to ensure our sales, customer service, warehouse, manufacturing and purchasing teams are consistently delivering the best service we can to our customers. I appreciate how incredibly far we have come thanks to our wonderful customers and we understand consistency and reliability are key components to that.”
As a competitive clay pigeon shooter for Essex, Nadine sets her sights high in all aspects of her life, with hopes to shoot for England one day. Having been with the company from its earliest days, Nadine has experienced our growth first-hand and is always excited to adapt and take on new challenges. Nadine heads up the dual role of Purchasing and Warehouse Manager, ensuring the stock availability and efficiency of warehouse operations never jeopardise our relationships with our loyal customers.
Having spent 13 years within high street retail, Stacey brings plenty of enthusiasm to the Flue Warehouse trade account team. With a passion for selling, Stacey is always eager to improve her industry and product knowledge to assist our customers in finding cost effective solutions for tricky installations, placing orders and ensuring goods leave on the correct services to meet the demands of your customers.
With a background of over 16 years in customer services, Carolyn understands the importance of looking after the people that matter most to our company; our customers. In her role as Customer Service Manager, Carolyn has ensured her team offer unrivalled after-sales care as they fight tirelessly to put right anything that may need correcting and proactively prevent anything that could go wrong and always with a smile on her face (feel free to put her to the test)!
Enya brings a variety of experiences from her varied background in customer services to the Flue Warehouse after-sales department, taking care of any and all of our customer’s needs. Be it chasing an ETA for a delivery, explaining which way up a flue pipe goes (it happens) or taking care of refunds and VAT invoices, under the guidance of Carolyn, Enya has become a firm favourite with our customers and a thorn in the side of our couriers.
